Summary 0009546: No warning when upgrading tdq database
Description There should be a check of the version of the database when we configure the reporting database in the preference page when the studio's version is greater than the talend_dq database.

 according to the 7242, this checking is coming while the db version is lower than 3.1.0.

 keep warning user for updating version number from anything under 3.2.2

 3.1.1 to 3.2.2,after update and migration, there is some error on errorlog.Please check it.
