About: This component permits to send SMS using the orange API.
It is a quite restricted component because you can only use it to send SMS to France and UK Orange cell phone.
To obtain your API key you must register on orange partners :
http://www.orangepartner.com/
and after you have to go there :
http://www.orangepartner.com/site/frfr/developper/devplayzone/l_admin_web_interface.jsp

You only can send 10 SMS per days.
