Try the tChangeFileEncoding component.

Hi,

is there a way to automatically convert a textfile from "OEM to ANSI" with Talend Open Studio?
"OEM to ANSI" is the appropriate function in UltraEdit - I don´t know in which exact format the file is, but using this corrects the problems with german umlauts and other characters.
