You're right in the "ALL" version, there's no 64 bit binaries. I will add them next week.

Could you try this workaround from the command line plz (in TOS directory)?

java -cp ./startup.jar org.eclipse.core.launcher.Main -os win32 -ws win32 -arch x86_64 -clean

There's an other solution you may try : Get this eclipse plateform zip (35Mo) : here. Extract only the Eclipse binary from the zip and rename it to "TalendOpenStudio.exe" (delete the old one before).
Delete: lib dir, workspace dir, and all sub-directories in configuration (only a ini file remains). And try to launch TOS with the binary.
