Yes,
Talend support Redhat 5.3 x64bit system, note that you should have installed Sun 64bit JDK1.5 or 1.6.

    We plan to install TIS on Red Hat Linux, 5.5., just not sure if we want to go 32-bit or 64.  Any reasons to go with one vs. the other?
