I have done allot of Talend work related to Oracle data warehouse development. 

For the Talend forum, may I suggest that  (we) developers can post working solutions (sort of tutorials), covering various topics, that other Talend developers can take advantage of? 

Example topics could cover database, change data capture, XML, web services, custom java routines, file input and output, etc etc.

These working solutions, would have screenshots, and other attachments, which would fully explain the topic of the post.

So, maybe a "Solutions" section, which can be searched and "tagged".
