Hello, I have tried many things, i have unzipped the talend integration suite software using 7zip on windows, used zip software from my collegues machine where this works fine, but still the problem is same. The same software doesnot works properly on my machine. My team is having same windows version. Alli can help you with is that once i received unhandled open source exception in Talend workspace and ever since then talend TIS has started giving me this issue, and i am not able to work continuously for even 3 minutes on TIS, as it hangs, I am able to open job from my remote repository, but after that as sson as i click on any component inside job, this behaviour of talend appears, and it sort of hangs.

I am using Talend Integration studio 4.0.2.r43696. When I work on this with remote repository (I am working locally in India and remote respository server in in my network on a machine in U.S.A), After 1-3 minutes of opening any job when i click on the sub job components to view the properties the system hangs and all menu options slowly disappears or fades out. See image uploaded. I also get unhandled open loop exception. I have already extracted and unzipped the software in the directory 5 times, and so i am not sure whether unzip is creating a problem. I am using WINZIP to unzip the software.
My extract location is D:\Arpit\work\talend_software\TIS_EE-All-r43696-V4.0.2.
This is a very irritating and serious issue as it is blocking my entire time and i have to restart application 10 times a day before i give up for the day.
This error just does not allows me to work or open and view an existing job in the remote repostiory.
This error also comes when i work on Local repostiory.
However i never get such kind of issue when i work with Talend open source 4.2. on same machine locally.
my OS - Windows XP and on another machine where i tried using the same software is Windows 2008 R2 enterprise server (here also i face exactly same issue of menu options fading and system hanging and unhandled open loop exception).
