You could use the Numeric.sequence function maybe like in the attached screenshot.

I will not make sense of your answer. Therefore, to avoid misunderstandings ...
Your answer sounds as give not Sequence or incremental Counter comppnent in Talend Opens Studio. Right? So i must build the Sequence with SQL by myself? Or in which folder can I find the function you described Numeric.Sequence?
