To attach a screenshot please do the following:
1) save the scrrenshot as a picture in any folder of your choice
2) in this forum post click on "post reply"
3) upload one / several pictures using the "show ... upload slots" below the message area (see picture)

Hello,

how did you configure your file connection?
If the csv file is not well formed, this can lead to some errors in the profiler.
Have a look at the error log http://www.talendforge.org/wiki/doku.ph … bugtracker
and see whether there is an error when you run the analysis.
And what is the error.

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. I attempted to upload the screen shot 2 times. Each time the upload facility failed. The screen shot is pasted into a docx file (MS Word). I'll try 1 more time and will email to you.

I just installed Talend Open Studio For Data Quality (demo). I've set up a delimited file connection which appears to work. When I run the column analysis I recieve: failure: null and no stats are reported. I am doing 1 nominal analysis (row count).

Any suggestions on how to get this to work? thx..
