I do not have access to Access 2007. But if it did not work with this version, please add a bug (or feature). Saving the database in a older version should only be a workaround.

Maybe if you don't use some access 2007 adavanced setting you can save your database in mdb format and it will work.

I use .accdb. Access 2007 create this extention file.

I also find this error message when I try to execute a query :
in frensh : java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][Pilote ODBC Microsoft Access] Impossible d'ouvrir la base de données '(Inconnu)'. Ce n'est peut-être pas une base de données que votre application reconnaît, ou le fichier est peut-être endommagé.
in english : java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][Pilote ODBC Microsoft Access] Impossible to open the dabase '(Unknown)'. It's maybe a database which is not recognize by your application, or the file is damaged.

Hello,

I have some troubles to connect Talend with My Access DB.
I use the wizard to do that, I indicates my DB file, but when I check the connection, I have this error message : "Connection failure. You must change the Database Settings.".

I use Talend Open Studio v2.3.1 and Access 2007.

Thanks.
