Hi,
This doesn't have to be a date format issue, as Excel will store the dat internally in a different format and Talend should be able to read it correctly.
Can you give us the error message you get? Maybe that can help us solve the problem.

I am loading data from an excel file to access through talend..
in one of the fields my date format ios like 01-jan-00
but in talend it is like dd-mm-yyyy..so its giving an error. whta to do??
