It has been reported as a new feature. See TDI-21585.

Hi I cannot get talent to to connect using explicit TLS over FTP , I have created a keystone with passed , but on connection i get the error that i need to connect using TLS over explicit.

I have also tried implicit which runs on a different port ... but o no avail

could you provide clarity
