I get this in one job repeatedly,  2.4.1.

And Talend is so slow, it kills me when it happens.  Take 5 mins just to select the project in the dropdown on the initial start window.  Then 10  mins to load the job.  It's extremely aggravating.  Talend is so slow I just want to shoot myself.

You get this message when TIS is having trouble connecting to the database where your repository is located.  Usually restarting TIS fixes this problem for me.  If that doesn't work, I generally ask our DBA to verify for me that that database isn't running into any issues.

We got it in 2.3.2 but you don't have it yet in 2.4.1
but we've defined a new mysql database when we migrate from 2.3 to 2.4

I searched the forum and was surprised to find no matches for "illegal access to loading collection".  When running jobs in Talend, we get a single error message: "Execution failed : illegal access to loading collection" very often.  There's no follow-up information available, and after this happens other Talend tasks such as saving or running a job fail.  Then when closing the job, it gives another error and does not unlock.

This behavior began in TIS 2.3.2 and seems to be unchanged in the TIS 2.4.1.  Any ideas what could be causing this?  I'm running the studio from WinXP and our metadata is on MySQL.
