Can tos connect to database access with special character? Is the bug correctly.

It is sad that Talend has not answered this and seemingly has no solution for this issue. I am trying to isolate the issue to determine if it is either (1) a JET 4.0 ODBC configuration setting, (2) JET 4.0 ODBC driver issue, (3) JDBC Driver issue, or (4) JDBC Configuration setting

I have problem reading utf-8 values from access file as they all changes into ????? character in my output component. All output components encoding are utf-8 , but does not help. NO matter what kind of output component, the problem exist.
