Yes, of course.
Every development made in Talend Open Studio could be uploaded into our Talend Integration Suite shared repository.
The only requirement is to use the same version of Talend Open Studio or a previous one regarding your Talend Integration Suite installation. (For example your jobs have been made in Talend Open Studio 2.4.3 or 3.2.1 -> you can upload it in your Talend Integration Suite 3.2.1).

So the method to upload your Talend Open Studio project into Talend Integration Suite shared repository are various.
You can use the Talend Open Studio; export the project as a ZIP; then use the Command Line or the Talend Integration Suite studio to import your projects.

Another way is simply to open you Talend Integration Suite studio; open an empty project of your shared repository and then choose the function "Import items"; then you choose the location of your previous project in the Workspace of Talend Open Studio; and that's it
