Parts of repository login screen unreadable when using large fonts

OS: Windows Vista Business
Version: TOS-Win32-r38885-V4.0.0RC2

Problem: When using a larger than default font size in Windows Vista (DPI) parts of the repoistory login screen become inaccessible.
All the controls on the screen seem to scale OK, but the screen itself does not resize.
Some controls on the screen become inaccesible since the login screen cannot be resized manually.

Any ideas for solving this?
