Here are my steps:
I entered in a trial license key so that I could continue configuring the administrator web GUI. Then I added one regular user. Next I tried creating a project and nothing happened. I thought that it might have been due to me using IE so I downloaded Firefox and now I can't even login. I get a Login page but without the login form. I can't do anything now. i will attempt to post a screenshot:

Which version of TIS/TDQ are you using? Try to logout and login again after you set the license, I can't open your image, please upload directly it to forum.

Hello, i think the login form will not be shown because you are using Firefox 4. We have the same "problem". With Firefox 4 and (in our case) TIS TE 4.0.2 no login form will be shown. Try the older version of Firefox 3.x or IE 9 in compatibility mode.
