Import XSD input to a webservice in Talend

Can someone please update me on how should i create a webservice to fetch data from an XSD schema?
I tried using tAdvancedInputXML although there is no looping element in the my xsd.
Request you to provide inputs, this data through XSD will be added/updated to MDM master repository.
