Jobdesigner - insert component into existing job definition

Hi,

I hope you have a positive answer for the following (I think typical) scenario:

Input Table -> tMap -> Output Table  - you have done your mapping and possibly added a few expressions.

Then you come to the conclusion you better use e.g. a tReplace before tMap (for whatever reason...is just a scenario). How to squeeze it between the Input and tMap without removing the connection between Input & tMap and thus most of the settings in tMap? I mean that Talend does automatically puts tReplace in between and updates what is required in order to keep my mapping in tMap.

Thank you!

Stefan

Hi Stefan

Sorry. For now, tMap cannot auto save the mapping.
You might report this new feature on BugTracker.

Pedro
