newbie q.. How to check a record exists before insert-JAVA

Tags: [database, db2, development, error, error management, java, mssql, mysql, oracle, schema, tos2.3.2]

Check to see if a records already exists before insert into the database.

The Insert or Update feature on the t*dbOutput1 does not work if I have to see a record exists already in an another column.

This is not a not working feature, it's a different behaviour of what you are expecting.

Did you try the Advanced Settings / Use Fields Options ?
