integrate job into web application

hi to all !
i exported my project as a .jar with a lib directory and i have to integrate into a web application..
this application calls the method of the main class "runJobInTOS(args)", and process many csv files.
i have tried to use a msgBox component for testing errors; of course this is a swing mesage. instead i have to catch this error and give it to the web application and then show it to a user GUI(browser).
can somebody gives me and idea how can i do this ?
