Error handling

Dears,
I have a Talend Job. Which is taking Input from the oracle Database. I have two record in my table where one of the record is wrong and so it should not loaded in to my target table. Whereas my first record is correct and so it has to process it and load to my target table. In this case I am getting a error in my second record and so even my first record is not loaded in to target table.  Can any one please help me in this regard?. Can anyone please tell me how to process a multiple record in a table sequentially so that I can eradicate all my erroneous record.

Regards,
Ram

Re: Error handling

Hi,
I think you can use the component tmap with filters.

Re: Error handling

Hi Ram,
Sorry, I was very busy this week. Here is a screenshot in which the tmap gets rows with numeric values in "GoodRow" output, and gets rejects in the "rejects" output. Like this, you can process the two outputs differently (Insert good rows in your database and log rejects for example). I hope I was easy to understand smile
