Data Quality

Hi all,
I am a data quality expert and wanted to know how to use Talend for data quality issues.
I saw in  topic that it is possible to structure and correct the address, is there a tutorial to show me how to do this ?
Is it possible in Talend (without adding specific code) to implement instructions like if (C1 and C2) then if (C3 and C4) then A1, A2, ... AN (where C = condition and A = Action)? I am finding it hard to do more than basic data mapping without having to write code.

Is there a grouping engine in Talend to try and find duplicate records or to group different source files that do not have a common identifier ?

Is it possible to parallelize jobs working with different flat files ? For example I extract several tables from my source database and I want to audit them in parallel and use Talend to organise my batch treatments so that I get the best performance.

Thanks for any answers,
Chris
