I had a job and export as Web Service was ok in 3.1.2

I migrated the job to 3.1.4 by 'importing existing project' every thing was ok until I tried to export it as Web Service again.

The war lack the \WEB-INF\items\ folder
and I was unable to get the wsdl via http://localhost:8080/t_txn_0.1/services/t_txn?wsdl

Is it a 3.1.2 > 3.1.4 problem? or a change in web service url of the export function? a new bug?

I've now decide to ctn to use 3.1.2 again.
