Hi,

i wonder if someone else has manage to find a way of publishing the data lineage of Talend?

or am i the only one trying to do this? or it is not possible at all?

i am trying to create a report that would show how the column (column_name) in a database schema were derived using Talend.

thus if table
ATTENDANCES
- att_dt datetime
- pat_id int
- att_type int
- total_cost float

there are two jobs in Talend that populate this table.

now we may need to change the legacy source system. and i would like to be able to know what will be the objects (tables) that will be impacted.

but also to know where a data source (table) is used?

does it clarify?

For you information, from the last meeting I know the data lineage feature will be added on the feature version of Talend Integration Suite.
