Help required: data integration between sql server and mysql...
Hi,
I am a new Talend user. I am trying to synchronize a sql server DB with a mysql DB. The way I want the end result to be is:
- When data on the sql server DB is updated, I want this, updated data, to be sent and stored in the mysql DB.
- I know the schemas of both the DBs.
- I have connected to the sql server DB from talend.
I am trying to create a job to accomplish this. My question is:
- is this type of synchronization possible on Talend?
- How do i go about starting a project like this?

It is easy to synchronize different DB with commerical version Talend Integration Suite.

I have another question. I've made a talend job that uses a mysql schema. Is it possible to easily switch that job to a mssql schema with the same structure (same table structure) ??
