Hey,

I would like to suggest some additional options for the tConvertType component:

- Handle null values: target col gets default value or is left empty or target col becomes null too if possible
- Handle empty string: target col gets default value or is left empty or target col becomes "" too if possible

These kind of options should save time and make the component more robust
