In MDM projects, you usually do not create entities at runtime.
Because part of the job is about correctly modelling the entities/references.
Usually in a company the references are not exactly as reference tables.

Anyway, in the MDM studio, you can import items from XSL/XML.
Most metadata can be exported to these formats so you should be able to create the base structure of the entities in no time
