ELT components for MSSQL

Tags: [elt, java, mssql, tos2.2.4]

I need to populate tables in a DWH located on MSSQL.
To my opinion, this processing will be quicker with an ELT approach. My problem is that no ELT component for MSSQL is available at this time.
Has anyone developped such components?

They will be more efficient.

SCD is very slow and  needs a lot of resources.
