Modifiers n tjavaflex

Why cant we use modifiers like (private ,static....) in tjavaflex. I always get an error that saying that only "final" is permitted

asking it again will not change the form the code is generated [Forum, topic 3872] declare constant in Tjavaflex

Why do you need to use this modifiers?
