Web services - Time out

Hi,
I deploy my jobs Talend as Web services.
However, when I launch this services from a browser or from the tWebServiceInput Talend component I have an timeout exception. In fact my jobs run until 3 hours and I need to know the success or not of the job.

How can I do ?
