I need advice: My environment is a system consisting of 2 servers with ip, user and psw different, my development system can only connect to the first,
how can I create a connection parameters to develop the first and then it can also lead to the second?

You can define different contexts ( ie. default / production / test ... ) with variables in a talend jobs...
