Optimization of writing Data in Teradata with JDBC

Hi,
I'm writing 70'000 Records (1kB per Record) into Teradata via the Talend JDBC-Output. First of all, the preps of the data in Talend runs very quickly  - but the duration of the writing into Teradata runs over two hours. Is it possible to optimize this?
