Not using the TIS commandline

Tags: [commandline, tis]

We have access to a tomcat server to deploy the Talend administration server externally but we cannot deploy the commandline on it.

We solely use talend integration suite for the user management and sharing feature. We are not using execution server and we export all our jobs as standalone.
I was wondering if we could get away with not using the commandline or if it was absolutely required for our current usage.

Re: Not using the TIS commandline

Hi,

If you don't need our generation/deploy/schedule features; you don't need to install the command line as well.

Best regards;
