Have a problem with..
at starting Talend Open Studio 4.0 show me an exception like this:
at the image
what can i do? or what happened, why show me that exception? it`s a problem configuration or what?

Which OS? Make sure you have installed sun jdk1.5 or higher and try to use 7-zip to unzip the archive file.

No I havn`t the jdk 1.5 not higher, but i have Java TM, just one thing, Talend Open Studio was working fine, suddenly restarts and show error. Java.lang.NullPointerException and i don`t why; but i dowloaded the vr 4.1.1 from this websited and nothing, don`t run. any way thanks i think gonna to uninstall it and install the new verssion. Butaway my OS is XP Professional SP3 ver. 2002. any tip?
