Hello
You need to install the ppm by yourself. See this [Forum, topic 1540] Perl Module installation to learn how to install perl module.

I am having the same issue. I tried to install DBD-Pg using CPAN because it is not available for Windows 7 yet in the repositories. It asked me to install the mingw which I did. When it installed the DBD:
g it could not find a path to pg_config and bombed. Now I get this message when I try to refresh my module list in Talend:
An error occurred (Set up gcc environment - 3.4.5 (mingw-vista special r3).
Any help would be appreciated.
I am going to try the previous version. I checked my gcc from the cmd line and it worked perfectly. Perhaps Talend is having problems reading he path?

Tried version 3.2 but received perl.exe error

Apparently Active State Perl installs with mingw 3.4.5. If you update this to 4.5.1 you will get the MinGW issues. I had to uninstall mingw with ppm and then run a repair with the Active State Perl installer. This fixed the setup error.
