Perhaps I am in right place... 

I'm working for a small company and recently my boss asked me to scrape amazon.com for products similar to those he sells (ASINs, prices etc). I do many different things for him but that was something completely new.
We sell online and are connected to several suppliers and several marketplaces like amazon.
All the data comes in mess or ... doesn't come at all sometimes so we have to spend a lot of time and energy to get the data, "digest" it and put it into regular accounting.
We sell with very low margin (otherwise no sales at all) and the only way to make money is to sell tens if not hundreds thousands of products.
I told my boss that it should be some software to relief us a bit... It should be even a software that is able to connect to our suppliers' websites and scrape our orders and shipping info. It should also be able to extract our sales info from marketplaces including the customers' info and connect it to the info from suppliers. All of that without endless calls to Customer Support and without listening to music while putting on hold at suppliers. The software should then "digest" different formats from different sources and appear on my desktop as .csv or .xml files  suitable for my (and any) accounting db. Moreover it should be able to upload our listings back to marketplaces and our orders to suppliers!
Scrape (Extract), "digest" (Transform), upload back (Load)...

...am I at right place?
