No data going through when job is run

Hi,
I have created a simple Talend job and when I run it, it connects and disconects without any errors but "0" rows are outputted.
I cant think what what could be wrong.
Can someone please help.

Can you please provide more detailed information about your job? Some screenshots of job will be better for us understanding the problem.
