Talend community forum / connection is successful with MYSQL but cannot view anything

Hi,
I've successully installed DI and DQ. I am able to all tutorials in DI and it is connected with MYSQL. But I am not able to see any database, tables from DQ. It just brings 0 tables. Any help is appreciate it.

which version of the studio are you using?
did you try to unfold the "tables" folder?

Hi,

I am using Talend Open Studio for Data Quality (5.0.2.r78327). I don't have a Table folder to unfold. Could you please tell me how to unfold the Table folder?

Everything is working fine now. I had to use the ODBC connection for both MYSQL and Oracle in order to connect DQ with databases. So I think there are issues with native connection for Oracle and Mysql.

Native connections should work well. We are not aware of any problem with Oracle and Mysql databases.
Which versions are you using?

Oracle 11g and MySQL 5.5. I've tried 10g too and it couldn't connect using the native connection. Although DI had connected just fine locally but DQ had some issues.

Strange.
Could you have a look at the error log http://www.talendforge.org/wiki/doku.ph … bugtracker and paste it here?
If you are a customer, you may also contact the support team.
