Unknown Error
Hi,
I have downloaded the Talend Open studio for integration version 5.0.2 and designed 2 jobs.
1st one using the database as input and the second fileinputdelimited(txt file).
1st job is giving a different error also, unable to export the job and the 2nd job a different one. Unable to execute any job
I'm getting some error while executing the job. Please help

The product is not installed completely. Which OS? Please check if there exists blank space in the installation path or the work space path.

Hi Shong,
The product is installed in windows server 2008, and also I have verified for the blank space in the installation path and the work space path. There's no blank spaces in both the places.

Yes, normally, re-starting the product or re-installing it is the solution to fix the issue. From the error message, we see the product isn't initialized completely, some of the jars are not loaded.

Hi Shong,
Thank you so much for your reply. I have re-installed the product. But even the demo projects does not execute. We have Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64-bit Operating system. Is Talend Open studio for integration version 5.0.2 compatible with this OS?

Yes, Talend supports this type of OS, do you install 64-bit JDK for your 64-bit Operating system?

We wil download 64-bit JDK. Since we have downloaded Talend Open Studio 5.0.2 Windows 32-bit, Is not required to download Talend 5.0.2 version 64-bit? Is yes, can you please provide the available link on the same.

1. Talend Open studio for DI 5.0.2 works both for 32-bit and 64bit system.
2. Execute the proper executable file TOS_DI-win-x86_64.exe to launch product if you are on a 64-bit system.
3. It requires a 64-bit JDK on a 64-bit system.
