Standalone Process

Hi Everyone,



    Can anyone explain about Standalone Process ? How to create and How to work on it?

My requirement is searching possible matches and search for the unmapped names.


Please can anyone explain the process?

    As u suggested the links, it refers to starting to MDM. But I need, how to create Standalone Process  to search the data in MDM WEB UI?

  Can u please explain the process?

Hi silpa09,

A standalone process will enable you to start a process (call a job, for instance), directly from the MDM Web UI Welcome page.
Have a look in TOS for MDM Administrator Guide, "3.5.1.1. Process types" for more details on how-to set it up.

Hi Cyril,


     Thanks for ur reply.. I have seen those documents. It contain one job using tJava component which displays URL using  Standalone process(Runnable#LaunchJob in WEB UI).
     It  is working fine. But When we are exporting any other kind of job(For eg: Duplicate check) it shows process done. But no other improvement.

   Can we have any example  how to display the duplication error in WEB UI using Standalone process?

  Please help me out.
