Hi All,

How to enable the Meta Data view under repository in Big Data. I have checked under Windows ----> Show view -----> Talend

But to my surprise i could not find out the Meta Data View how can we get this view enabled? Is this feature present in Big Data or Is this a bug in Big Data/

Kindly help me out.

Hi Pavan

The metadata feature has been removed since TOS for BD 5.1.0.

Hi Pedro,

If that is the case then each time we need to open a connection and close connection, how can we overcome this with out creating connection each time. If there is a metadata view we used to create DB Connections and store them and use them by selecting Repository.

I have been trying to follow the tutorials for TOS, but because so many of them have a prerequisite to complete the tutorial "How to create a File Delimited Metadata", and because "The metadata feature has been removed since TOS for BD 5.1.0." it is not clear if it is possible to continue.
Is there a set of beginner tutorials specifically for TOS for BD ?

Hi Experts,

I am new to TALEND from today I've started work on Talend DQ, while running a table analysis using business rule I am getting the internal error i.e

An internal error occurred during: "Run Analysis".
Invalid threshold: 1430781952 must be <= maxSize. Committed = 59047936 Max = 1073741824

And my another question is for BIG data ie.

While dropping the toracleinput into the designer from the palette it's showing an error of xdb.jar file is missing, i've downloaded the jar files w.r.t to my system and jdk environment but still the error is being popped up.
