'sql' is not recognized as an internal or external command, how to?

Hi Experts,
Please help. The Talend job is used to bulk insert data into Ingres table with drive Ingres and Ingres bulk components, and I export the job. I run the bat file (the job cmd ...) in my PC xp (32), it is ok. But I copy it into windows 2008, and it is failed when running the job, I get the error info as below, please help, thank you.
