Setting Http header variables in Talend thttpRequest

Hi,
Am trying to set the header variable value for thttpRequest. I keep getting error.
Can you please give an example of how to do it.
And in database, i query rows from a table and use tflowToIterate to query a different set of results from another table using the first set of results. I get null values for the second query. Is there any other way to do this?

Q1: Could you show us the error you got about tHttpRequest?
It is like this.
Header key: key
Cache-Control: no-cache
Accept: text/plain, text/html
Q2: Please upload a screenshot of your job. There must be some wrong settings.
