Hi,
I just installed v2.3.0 on OSX Tiger. I chmod'd the actual binary in the *.app directory to get Talend to work. I also configured the setting for the perl interpreter '/usr/bin/perl' as when I clicked on a few tabs I got an error complaining about it.
Even though the configuration is set, when I attempt to add a Metadata->File delimited, I still get errors on the 3rd screen. When I click on 'details', it says the perl interpreter is not configured.
What am I missing? Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks,
Richard

Hello Plegall,
The first screenshot above shoes that the perl interpreter is set in the preference panel. Is there some other place it must be set as well?'

Thanks that fixed the problem.
This needs to go somewhere obvious in the documentation, along with the need to chmod +x the real executable file insice the .app package on OSX.

OK, the documentation manager esabot was notified about your remark.

We are currently working on a solution to avoid this operation, I mean the file will come executable in the archive.
