"On SubJob OK" vs "On Component Ok"

Hi All,
I am newbie and am trying to write a simple job which downloads a file over HTTP and loads the file into MySql.

For downloading the file, I am using tFileFetch component. I want to connect this to tFileInputDelimited. I am not sure whether to use  "On Subjob OK" or "On Component Ok". Whats the difference between the two? Is there any help documentation explaining these basic concepts to a newbie?

Thanks in advance,
Akash

"Trigger connections" page 44 of "Documentation: User Guide" TalendOpenStudio_UG_v2.3_a_EN.pdf. You can download it from this page. If anything is unclear, just give us your feedback. esabot is in charge of documentation.

Re: "On SubJob OK" vs "On Component Ok"

I quickly went through initial sections, the documentation is good. No suggestions as of now from the quick reading.

I worked with PDI Kettle earlier. But I feel more comfortable with Talend within 5 days, comapared to Kettle on which I have spent around a month. The credit has to goto the better organized documentation.

Regards,
Akash

I'm sure esabot will be pleased to read this :-)
