I am a newbie trying to load a Sybase table with data from an Oracle table.  I have a tOracleInput that contains a large join query (the query runs fast outside of Talend), a tMap, and a tSybaseOutput.  The tMap maps 2 columns from the Oracle query to 2 columns in the Sybase table.  The process is running VERY SLOW...about 1 record a second.  Is this normal?
