Re: Jboss issue

Hi,

Is your job working successfully in talend studio? Did you follow up document How+to+build+Jobs to export your .zip (.batch/.sh)file?

Best regards
Sabrina

Re: Jboss issue

Hi Sabrina,

For job to work successfully we need JBOSS server i.e localhost to connect with that and in the job there is no error
while i am trying to run from different server but my server is not running.

In the link you suggested, there is no matter about how to export .bat/.sh files
For running the server do i need to export .bat/.sh file?

Thank you.

Re: Jboss issue

Hi,

We don't integrate jboss in Talend Open Studio for Data Integration, you should put your exported .zip job into <jboss >\jobox\deploy path.

Best regards
Sabrina

Re: Jboss issue

Hi Sabrina,

That is not the problem, Problem is in this file== bin/run.bat -b 0.0.0.0

Its a run.bat file and while double click on to this it has to work like cmd (Black Screen) but it is not working like that.

It automatically gets closed within a fraction of second after double clicking this file.

Do u have any solution on to this?

Thank you.

Re: Jboss issue

Hi,

Why didn't  you create a simple folder 'talend.rar'/ talend.zip for your jobs in your Jboss Deploy folder with the dependencies you needed.

Best regards
Sabrina

questions:

is JBoss working correctly by itself?

are you trying to deploy a webservice?

Re: Jboss issue

i apologise for my suggestion Duke

but my view is that one should try to have JBoss working before integrating with other tools.

this is what i meant by web-services: http://www.talendforge.org/tutorials/tu … ?idTuto=38
