Attempting to Install Commandline but unable to complete due to a Err

Tags: [, deployment]

Hi all,
I've just installed MDM Platform Administration Center and the CommandLine for 621 on Linux Redhat 7.x
The MDM Administration Center is up and running.  I can logon and have this pointing at Postgresql 9.5.4 quite happily
The issue I have is with the CommandLine.
When it finalises the installation I see an error message
 0% ______________ 50% ______________ 100%
 ####################################
Error: There has been an error.
Error reading file
/opt/apache-tomcat-8.5.8/webapps/talend/WEB-INF/classes/configuration.properties
Press [Enter] to continue :
Looking at the file on RHEL and it's owned by talenduser (0777)
I can see that it has modified the details in the file to reflect the information for the Postgresql db.
I've run a netstat -tanp | grep LISTEN but can't see port 8002
As I'm new am I expected to see a daemon for Commandline running on port 8002 and if so what can I do to get this running?

Cheers
Peter

Ok worked out the issue.
It turned out that installation failed and didn't actually install the Cmdline components.
I ran a separate installation and this actually created the folders and files.
Bit of a catch for newbies.
Cheers
